Arapahoe County Quilters

Celebrating the Art of Quiltmaking for 30+ Years

BOOKS and BARGAINS Yard Sale & Social

May 01, 2022 12:30 PM | Lynn Roginski

This Event is BIG! It takes place Saturday, June 11th, from 9 am – 12 noon inside Plymouth Hall at the church.  It's replacing the June 2nd Thursday Guild meeting. It's a Parade of Quilts at 10:30. It's an opportunity to view and vote on the winners of the 2022 3-in-1 Challenge. It's the Annual Book Fair. It's an In-Person social event to meet up with old friends and share a refreshment and there are 5 fun ways to shop for Books and Bargains to raise money for the Guild.

  • Individual Member’s Tables

  • ACQ Set-Pricing Tables ($2 and $5 items)

  • ACQ Silent Auction Tables (Bid on a sewing machine complete with manual, quilt holders, fat quarter storage bags, unused fabric, templates and more!)

  • ACQ Free Items Tables

  • ACQ Book Sale Tables

Wondering what to donate? Think outside the box. Make up fabric bundles of fat quarters or ½ yard fabrics and tie with a ribbon! Collect an assortment of unused rulers and make up a ruler package! Make up a paper-piecing package!  Make it fun and be creative!

We need several volunteers who would like to assist with either set-up, checkout, hospitality, or other small duties as needed.  If interested, please contact either Kathy Wasilewski, Linda Starkey, or Ann Roman.

You must sign up in advance if you are planning to attend.  We are at a 100-person limit by the church and will need a count for refreshments and tables needed.

Read the FULL details and REGISTER for this event.

HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!
