"Quilts of Valor" Block Party

Come and join us for a good, old fashioned block party where we will be crafting blocks for Quilts of Valor. 

We'll make the 2024 QOVF Block of the Year, the Ohio Star, and learn more about QOVF's mission to provide comfort and healing to active duty service members and veterans.  We'll also share free patterns featuring this year's block.

This will be a fun day of sewing with a light breakfast fare provided, prize drawings and possibly a visit from a special guest or two.

Included in your registration fee is a fabric bundle and pattern to make at least 2 Quilts of Valor blocks.  Additional fabric bundles will be available until they are all made. We will have a set of Accuquilt dies for cutting block pieces.  The Ohio Star block directions can be found on www.qovf.org

• Cutting Mat and Scissors
• Rotary cutter
• Bring your own Lunch
• Extra Red, White and Blue Fabrics

Can't make the entire day - you can come and go as you need.  Our goal is to have fun community building time and help create Quilts of Valor to celebrate Service Members and Veterans!
