You’re Invited to Our December Guild Celebration!
Whether you’re joining us in person or on Zoom, our December Meeting will be a night to remember — filled with food, fun, and fellowship as we “Celebrate 2025 and Look Towards 2026!”
Let’s end the year surrounded by creativity, laughter, and good company — whether across the table or across the screen.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
For In-Person Attendees
Get ready for a feast! Nathlia, our Chef Extraordinaire, has planned a delicious dinner for us to share as we celebrate the season together.
Evening Schedule:
-
6:00 pm – Kick off the night with Quilters BINGO and appetizers in the lobby.
-
Dinner Line Opens at 6:30 – The Guild is providing the main dishes; please bring a side or dessert to share (sign up when you RSVP).
-
Celebration & Connection – We’ll join our Zoom friends for a special shared program, “Celebrate 2025 and Look Towards 2026.”
-
Sweet Endings – Enjoy desserts, a gift exchange, and good cheer — all wrapping up by 9:00 pm!
️Please register for in-person attendance so we know how much to prepare, and sign up for a dish to bring or help set up or clean up when you RSVP.
Festive Extras
Holiday Parade – Bring your favorite holiday-themed quilting project for a cheerful Show & Tell!
Gift Exchange – Want to join the fun? Bring a wrapped handmade gift (around $15 value) for a creative swap — with a new twist this year!
Community Giving – Please bring non-perishable food items to support our local food bank.
Holiday Table Runners - If you have a special table runner for the holidays, we'd like to borrow it for our tables for the evening. You get to bring it with you that night and take it home the same evening. We're hoping for 15-20 table runners as port of our holiday decorations. Please call Sue Ebersberger (494) 318-5988 if you have a runner top share.
For Our Zoom Friends
You’re part of the party too! Our virtual gathering begins at 6:30 pm with some fun icebreakers before we join everyone to “Celebrate 2025 and Look Towards 2026.”
After the joint celebration, we’ll head to our own Zoom-only event for a small project, free sew time, and plenty of friendly conversation!
Be sure to register for Zoom attendance so we can send your supply list in advance.
We’re also looking for a few volunteers to act as Zoom greeters/hosts — if you love chatting all things quilting, this is the perfect role for you! Email Jen Dietz if you are interested in volunteering for this role at pastpresident@acqcolorado.org.
