Arapahoe County Quilters

Celebrating the Art of Quiltmaking for 30+ Years

As one of the largest quilt groups in the state of Colorado, Arapahoe County Quilters has over 200 members. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to serving our community with over 300 charity quilts and 200 newborn-loss blankets annually, while providing education and fellowship for its members.

We are pleased to announce our biennial Festival of Quilts XVII 2025 at a new location!

Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church’s 7,000 sq. ft. Community Center is our new venue; it is located at 10000 E. Belleview Avenue in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Scheduled for June 6^th and 7^th, 2025, we envision an opportunity to display about 150 quilts that range from traditional to modern quilts.

Our theme is “World of Color,” and we would like to offer an opportunity for you to support us as a show sponsor and/or vendor.

As a Show Sponsor, your generosity will help pay for the venue rental, pipe and drape rental, the hiring of two judges and a photographer, printing costs, hospitality needs, supplies for a “make and take” craft table, advertising, and awards. Please consider how you could help.

Crystal Level of $50 receives a business card size ad or name in the program.

Bronze Level of $100 receives a full page (4.75x7.75) landscape ad and are encouraged to attend our preshow at 5:00 pm and award ceremony at 6:30 pm on June 5th.

Silver Level of $250 receives a full page (4.75x7.75) landscape ad and are encouraged to attend our preshow at 5:00 pm and award ceremony at 6:30 pm on June 5th.

Gold Level of $500 receives a full page (4.75x7.75) landscape ad and are encouraged to attend our preshow on June 5^that 5:00 pm and award ceremony at 6:30 pm. At the Preshow, Gold Level may choose a favorite quilt to receive a “Sponsors Choice” ribbon that will be awarded at the Awards Ceremony that same evening.

Platinum Level of $1,000 receives a full page (4.75x7.75) landscape ad and are encouraged to attend our preshow event on June 5^that 5:00 pm and award ceremony at 6:30 pm. At the preshow, Platinum Level may choose a favorite quilt to receive a “Sponsors Choice” ribbon that will be awarded at the Awards Ceremony that same evening. Additionally, this level will have their Logo placed on a special Platinum Sponsor banner that will be hung at the Quilt Show.
